2002 1.9 runs great I love it,minor maintenance obviously,only problem I still can’t stop is the common boot leak after trying all the tips etc on here and various z3 forums,so bought a custom roof cover and seems to have done the trick,but whatever size of engine your z is they are great fun to drive,nice vid by the way 👍🏻

My seat leon from 2016 has been very reliable.

I just acquired the 04 745i BMW E65. Replaced the engine with exact replacement, runs well drives like a dream.

I just purchased a good example of a 2015 GLK350 4MATIC (58K miles), and it’s a great car, however, I had had it only 2 days when the little sliding door in the center console jammed shut! It will only open an inch or so, and there is no obvious way to get at it to do a repair! It’s a stupid little thing, but my shop isn’t sure how to get in to fix it. It looks like this one little item could cost hundreds to over $1K to fix… OTHERWISE it seems to be, as it is reputed to be, a great car.

I have an 03 2.9 and I had a coolant leak and was completely stumped. Not head gasket, no visible leak, ended up being my heater core. Dumped all over the drivers and passenger side floor. So if anyone has a leak and can’t find it, most likely heater core.

Why when i added oil to my 540i 2004 6cyl did it start blowing white smoke, no power and atill does this? Undrivable.

Hi im looking for an audi a7.. a 3 ltr 2014 tsfi 320bhp is on the market and plenty of diesels 2014 to 2017.. most petrol cars I've had I've had to keep topping oil.. never with a diesel! Besides the 2.0lit astrq vxr I had. Is it safe to say don't buy the petrol a7 because you will most likely have to continually top up the oil?

I have C180 2006 ..really it's very smooth drive 100 tym batter then any others cars like Japanese or American ..only parts problems but it is Awsome ride ..

My W124 300E served our family for decades, we sold her at age 28 years. The cars are so elegant, reliable, with good handling and the best ride quality I’ve ever experienced. Very fond memories :-) The W124 is a hard act to follow… but am now using a W211 E350, also very enjoyable.

The CLS is beautiful at first glance-the W211 is beautiful to live with. For 10 years I’ve owned an early build E350 with the ‘problem’ M272 engine issues and SBC. I love the car, always a pleasure to drive-though you must be prepared to spend moderately every year on maintenance and essential to use a very experienced MB mechanical shop.

Common issue: oil leak!

I own a w211 , 280 cdi V6 3 liter in india since 2006 and my daily commuter all missing today was the android head which I added and sorted and will drive it another decade for sure with the 7 g tronic and triptronic steering was a great car then and today too.. Lucky it dint have airmatic suspensions

2011 with straight 6 and no turbo (naturally aspirated), no x drive is good. It is not super fast but fast enough for me with a lot less problems. I will never sell mine.

I realize the Benz is more comfortable and has a better interior (even though I've heard the quality isn't great), but still can't decide which is better for the long term, more miles, reliability, servicing costs.

I'm Buying a 2001 R170 slk 230 and paid to have a Pre purchase inspection done and everything is pretty much as perfect as can be with an older European vehicle, the Top works perfect, No leaks at all and the Kompressor Clutch was replaced by a Mercedes dealership all seals have been changed, it has service records since new and is a one owner car , the interior looks brand new with no warn parts or surfaces, and the price I'm buying it for is super cheap and even if something does go wrong I'm a A.S.E. certified Mechanic for Domestic and import vehicles as well as a Auto body technician so servicing and making repairs is not a deal breaker especially for a beautiful Mercedes.
